Punjab and Haryana High Court: Recruitment has been announced for 1,265 Clerk positions at the Punjab and Haryana High Court. This recruitment drive is being conducted by the Subordinate Courts Staff Selection Committee (SSSC). Online applications can be submitted from May 26, 2026, to June 23, 2026. Only candidates who hold a graduation degree (B.A., B.Sc., or an equivalent degree) from a recognized university are eligible to apply for this recruitment. Additionally, candidates must possess basic computer knowledge and must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject at the Matriculation (10th grade) level or higher.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for the application?
For the Punjab and Haryana High Court SSSC Clerk Recruitment 2026, it is mandatory for candidates to hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or an equivalent degree from a recognized university. How will the Selection be Conducted?
Three Stages: The selection process for the Clerk post will commence with an Online Written Examination (CBT), which will be a Computer-Based Test. Subsequently, candidates will be required to take a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), designed to assess their computer knowledge and skills. The final stage will involve the verification of original documents (Document Verification) followed by an interaction session.

Merit List (Final Merit): The final merit list will be prepared solely based on the marks secured in the CBT examination. If two candidates obtain identical marks, the candidate of greater age shall be assigned a higher rank. Should their dates of birth also coincide, the candidates will be ranked according to the English alphabetical order (A–Z).
