**Age Limit**
For clerk applications, the candidates' age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. The minimum age is set at 18 years, and the maximum age at 37 years. However, candidates belonging to special categories will be granted age relaxation for a few years.

**Educational Qualification**
To apply for the clerk positions, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or possess equivalent prescribed qualifications. Additionally, candidates must have studied Punjabi as a subject in Class 10. Proficiency in computer operations is also required.

**Salary Details**
Candidates selected for the clerk positions will receive a monthly salary of ₹29,200.

**Payment of Registration Fee**
Along with submitting the online application, candidates must pay the examination fee. The registration fee is set at ₹710 for SC/BC/OBC/ESM/EWS candidates from Punjab, ₹875 for PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates from Punjab, and ₹1,200 for candidates in the unreserved category.

**Selection Process**
Candidates for the clerk positions will be selected based on a written examination. The written test will consist of multiple-choice questions. Candidates who qualify in this examination will be called for the document verification process.
