Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced recruitment for 43 positions for experienced professionals. These appointments will be made on a fixed-term basis across 11 different disciplines. The positions range from Grade FTE-I to FTE-VI. Eligible candidates can apply online from 11:00 AM on September 21, 2026, to 11:00 PM on October 5, 2026. What are the required qualifications for each post?
Industrial Safety: Graduation in Engineering with a PG degree/diploma in Safety Management, or B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering.

Geology: Post-graduation in Geology or Applied Geology.
Electrical: Graduation in Electrical Engineering.
Mechanical: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery.
Civil: Graduation in Civil Engineering.
M&HS: MBBS from a recognized institution and at least 3 years of experience. This must include at least 1 year of experience in Emergency or Occupational Health. For PG diploma holders, 3 years of clinical experience post-diploma is also required.

Environmental Management: Graduation in Environmental Engineering, or an Engineering degree with a PG degree/diploma in Environmental subjects. A PG degree in Environmental Science is also acceptable.
Mineral Processing: BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in Mineral/Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Engineering, or Mineral Processing.
Human Resources: MBA or PG degree/diploma in HR/Personnel Management. An MSW degree recognized under labor laws is also acceptable.
Finance: Must have passed the final examination of CA or CMA.
Survey: Graduation in Mining or Civil Engineering with a Surveyor's Certificate of Competency, or M.Tech (Geomatics).
