HCL Executive Recruitment 2026: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a ‘Miniratna Category-I’ Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Government of India, has announced recruitment for various Executive positions for the year 2025-26. The company has invited online applications from eligible Indian citizens to fill a total of 70 vacant posts across several departments, including Mining, Engineering, Finance, and HR.

Hindustan Copper Limited is one of the country's leading copper-producing companies and is engaged in activities ranging from mining to metal production. According to the issued notification, the recruitment process will be conducted on an All-India basis. Selected candidates may be posted at any of the company's units, either within India or abroad.

**Recruitment Across Three Grades**
Under the recruitment process, the positions have been categorized into three distinct grades. These include 38 posts for Deputy Manager under Grade E2, 16 posts for Manager under Grade E3, and 16 posts for Senior Manager under Grade E4. In terms of department-wise vacancies, the highest number of posts is available in the Mining Department.

Additionally, appointments will be made in the Electrical, Mechanical, Finance, Geology, HR, Safety & Fire Services, and Medical & Health Services departments. The company has also invited applications for positions related to Civil, Systems, Environment Management, and Materials & Contracts.

**Important Dates for Application**
The online application process will commence on June 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Candidates will be able to submit their applications until 12:00 midnight on June 25, 2026.

The company has clarified that the candidates' age, experience, and educational qualifications will be calculated based on May 1, 2026, as the reference date. Consequently, applicants are advised to verify their eligibility criteria before applying.

**Educational Qualifications and Experience**
Candidates applying for the recruitment must mandatorily possess an Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline, an MBBS degree, a CA/ICWA qualification, or a Post-Graduate degree. Experience and age limits have been prescribed according to the specific grades. For the E4 Grade—specifically the position of Senior Manager—a maximum age limit of 47 years and a minimum of 9 years of experience are required. For the E3 Grade (Manager) position, a maximum age of 42 years and at least 6 years of experience are mandatory. Meanwhile, for the E2 Grade (Deputy Manager) position, a maximum age of 40 years and a minimum of 3 years of experience have been stipulated.

Candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with government regulations. SC/ST candidates will receive a relaxation of 5 years, OBC candidates 3 years, and PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates will be granted a relaxation ranging from 10 to 15 years, depending on their specific category.

**Attractive Pay Scale and Perks**
Selected candidates will receive an attractive pay scale along with various other benefits. The company will provide a Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), various perks, and other welfare benefits.

Employees in the E4 Grade will receive a pay scale ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000. For the Mining sector, the estimated annual CTC (Cost to Company) for this grade is reported to be approximately ₹24.64 Lakhs.
For the E3 Grade, the pay scale has been fixed between ₹60,000 and ₹1,80,000, while the estimated annual CTC will be approximately ₹21.20 Lakhs.
Similarly, for the E2 Grade, a pay scale ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 has been established, with an estimated annual CTC of approximately ₹17.76 Lakhs.

**Selection Based on Interview Performance**
Hindustan Copper Limited has announced that the selection process will be based entirely on a Personal Interview. The interview carries a weightage of 100 percent.

In the event that a large number of applications are received, candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in a ratio of 1:5. According to the company, candidates possessing additional work experience and higher academic qualifications will be awarded extra points during the shortlisting process.

Application Fee and Service Bond
The application fee has been fixed at ₹500 for candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories. Conversely, candidates from the SC/ST, PwBD, and Internal categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

According to the recruitment notification, selected candidates are required to serve for a minimum period of three years. In the event of leaving the job prior to the stipulated period, candidates will be required to pay a service bond amount of ₹3 lakh.
