Selection Process
The selection process for the Haryana Police Constable recruitment 2026 will be completed in several stages. CET-qualified candidates will first be called for a Physical Measurement Test (PMT). This will involve checking standards such as height and chest measurements. The minimum height for male candidates in the general category is 170 cm, and for reserved categories, it is 168 cm. For female candidates, the minimum height is 158 cm in the general category and 156 cm in the reserved category.

Physical Standards (PMT/PST) Information
The chest measurement for male candidates should be 83 cm (unexpanded) for the general category and 81 cm for the reserved category. Candidates who qualify in the PMT will have to appear for the Physical Screening Test (PST). In this recruitment process, male candidates will have to complete a 2.5-kilometer run in 12 minutes, while female candidates will have to complete a 1-kilometer run in 6 minutes. For ex-servicemen, completing a 1-kilometer run in 5 minutes is mandatory. This recruitment drive is considered a golden opportunity for young people to serve in the Haryana Police.
