**What are the application criteria?**
Candidates must have passed the 10th/SSC/HSC examination from a recognized institution. Additionally, possessing a regular and full-time ITI (CTS) certificate in the relevant trade is mandatory. Only candidates who have fulfilled the prescribed educational qualifications are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have previously completed or are currently undergoing NAPS apprenticeship training at any other institution are not eligible to apply. Furthermore, candidates with one year or more of work experience are also ineligible for this recruitment.

Valid Aadhaar Card

ITI NCVT Certificate (Original or Provisional)
ITI Marksheets for all semesters or Consolidated Marksheet
Caste/Reservation Certificate (SC, ST, OBC-NCL), if applicable
**How to apply?**
First, register on the NAPS 2.0 portal and obtain your registration number.
Keep the original copies and one set of photocopies of all necessary documents ready.
Carry 3 passport-sized photographs.
Report to the HAL Barrackpore Training Auditorium at 10:00 AM on July 24, 2026.
Participate in the document verification process.
Selection will be based on merit, determined by 10th-grade and ITI marks; there will be no written exam or interview.
The selection list will be released later on the official HAL website.
