HAL Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Kanpur, has released an official notification on January 10, 2026, for the recruitment of ITI and Trade Apprentices. Interested and eligible candidates can send their filled application form by post to the address of the Chief Manager, Technical Training Institute, HAL Kanpur, on or before January 30, 2026.

For the ITI Apprentice post, candidates must have passed the 10th standard under the 10+2 system. Additionally, the candidate must have passed ITI in the relevant trade from an NCVT/SCVT-recognized institution in 2023, 2024, or 2025. This qualification is required for apprenticeship training.

For the Trade Apprentice post, candidates must have passed 12th Intermediate with the relevant subject in 2023, 2024, or 2025. The minimum age for both positions is 18 years, and the maximum age is 27 years.

How will the selection be made?
The selection of candidates in this recruitment will be based entirely on merit. There will be no written examination or interview. The merit list will be prepared by giving 70 percent weightage to the 10th standard marks and 30 percent weightage to the ITI marks.

Candidates selected on merit will have to present all their original certificates at the time of document verification. Candidates must also be medically fit, for which a medical certificate issued by the district hospital will be required. Finally, a character certificate issued by the Superintendent of Police will also be mandatory.
