**Who can apply?**
For the Mechanical post, a 4-year BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline is required. For the Electrical post, a 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
For the Electronics post, a 4-year degree in Electronics Engineering is required; for the Finance post, a graduation degree along with CA/Cost Accountant qualification or a 2-year PG degree/diploma in Finance is necessary.
**Degrees and Apprenticeship Accepted**
Lateral entry candidates—those joining the third semester of an eight-semester course or the second year of a four-year course—are eligible. A 5-year integrated PG degree course in engineering following 10+2 is also accepted. Candidates must possess at least one year of relevant experience or have completed a one-year graduate apprenticeship by July 31, 2026.
**Age Limit Varies by Category**
As of July 31, 2026, the maximum age limit is 28 years for UR/EWS candidates, 31 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, and 33 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Process
Written Examination: The exam will consist of 25% questions on general aptitude and 75% on the relevant subject. The exam may be conducted via computer or pen-and-paper mode. A minimum of 40% marks is required for the General category, and 35% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC (NCL) categories.
Document Verification: Candidates who pass the written exam will be called for document verification. In case of a high volume of applications, candidates may be called in a 1:5 ratio. Candidates must bring all original documents.
Group Discussion/Interview: Only candidates who clear document verification will participate in this stage. A minimum of 40% marks is required for the General category, and 35% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC categories.
