Eligibility and Criteria
The eligibility requirements for this internship are as follows:

A full-time, regular B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) or IDD (Integrated Dual Degree) program from a recognized university/institution in fields such as Electrical, Electrical (Power), Electrical and Electronics, Power Systems Engineering, or Power Engineering (Electrical), with a minimum of 65% marks or an equivalent CGPA.

A full-time, regular M.Tech./MSR/M.E. program in Power Systems or a related specialization. Students currently in the final semester of their M.Tech./MSR/M.E. program are also eligible to apply.

A Ph.D. in Power Systems or a related specialization. Ph.D. research scholars who are in the process of completing their degree are also eligible to apply. In addition to educational qualifications, the student must be at least 18 years old and no older than 32.

How will the selection be made?
Students are not required to take any examination for this internship. Selection will be based on eligibility, educational qualifications, employment history, and the information provided by the applicant.

Rs 3 lakh over 6 months
Students selected for this internship will be appointed for a total duration of 6 months. A monthly stipend of Rs 50,000 will be provided, meaning students will receive a total of Rs 3 lakh over the 6 months. Depending on performance, the internship duration may subsequently be extended by another 3 months.

There are a total of 15 vacancies for this internship. The distribution of positions is as follows: 02 at ERLDC Kolkata, 01 at NERLDC Guwahati, 03 at NRLDC New Delhi, 03 at WRLDC Mumbai, 03 at SRLDC Bangalore, and 03 at NLDC New Delhi.
