Delhi Government Teacher Recruitment: The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has opened the application process for government job recruitment. This is a great opportunity to become a teacher in Delhi's government schools. Candidates interested in applying for this position can apply online. Vacancies are available for various subjects, requiring specific qualifications. This recruitment process will cover 5,346 vacancies, including Mathematics, English, SST, Hindi, Sanskrit, and Urdu.

Eligibility for Other Teachers
The application process began on October 9th, with the deadline being November 7th, 2025. Selection will be based on a single stage, a written exam. Graduation or post-graduation in the relevant subject must have a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, two years of experience in the subject you are applying for is a must. A B.Ed. A degree and CTET are also required. If you are applying for a drawing subject, a B.Ed. degree and CTET are not required. To apply, candidates must visit the official website, dsssbonline.nic.in.

Eligibility for Drawing Teacher
A five-year diploma in drawing/painting/sculpture/graphic arts from a university/institute recognized by the Government of India. Additionally, a postgraduate degree in drawing and painting/fine arts is required.

Age Limit
The age limit should not exceed 30 years. The upper age limit will be relaxed by five years for SC and ST categories, and three years for OBCs.

Salary: Level 7 will offer a salary of ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month.

Selection Process

There will be only one stage of the exam (Tier 1). Negative marking will be applied. 0.25 (one-fourth) marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. After the written exam, a skill test may be conducted depending on the position.
