Assistant Professor Recruitment Process to be Completed Soon
He said that a Government Resolution (GR) will be issued soon, and the vacant 5,500 assistant professor positions will be filled before March next year.

Patil said that approval had already been given to recruit 700 assistant professors in universities, but the process could not be completed because the then Governor, C.P. Radhakrishnan, suggested a different method.

He said that since Radhakrishnan has been appointed Vice President, the matter will be raised with the new Governor, Acharya Devvrat.

4,000 students from 65 countries enrolled

He said, "The Maharashtra government has opened doors of opportunities through initiatives like Startup India, Make in India, and Digital India. You have the power to experiment, innovate, and create new paths. But remember, entrepreneurship and careers should always be based on values and social responsibility."
