MPPGCL Bharti 2025: Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL) has released recruitment for a total of 346 posts. These posts include many posts like Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer, Plant Assistant, Office Assistant, and Security Guard. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online from 23 July to 21 August 2025 by visiting the official website mppgcl.mp.gov.in.

Educational Qualification as per post
Under this recruitment, the minimum qualification according to the posts has been fixed from 8th pass to graduation, diploma, and engineering degree. For some posts, candidates are required to have passed 10th or 12th, while for technical posts, BE/B.A tech degree in the relevant field has been sought. At the same time, experience of 3 to 5 years has also been made mandatory for some posts.

Qualifications for medical and office-related posts
For the post of Medical Officer, the candidate must have an MBBS degree and permanent registration with the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council. A graduation degree is required for office assistant and other administrative posts. Apart from this, for Junior Stenographer, the candidate must pass the shorthand test in English or Hindi at a speed of 80 words per minute.

Age Limit

The minimum age of the candidates applying for this recruitment has been fixed at 18 years, and the maximum age at 40 years. However, reserved categories of Madhya Pradesh state, such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS (Non Creamy Layer), PWD, and women candidates will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the state government.

Application Fee

For this recruitment, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1200. At the same time, the application fee for SC, ST, OBC, EWS (Non Creamy Layer), and PWD category applicants has been fixed at Rs 600. Candidates have to deposit this fee through online mode.

Selection Process and Pay Scale

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Exam, Physical Test, Document Verification, and Medical Test. The selected candidates will be given a salary ranging from Rs 15,500 to Rs 1,77,500 per month according to their post. This pay scale will be determined on the basis of post, qualification and experience.
