TN MRB Health Inspector Recruitment 2025: The Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB), Tamil Nadu, has released an official notification for direct recruitment to the post of Health Inspector Grade-II. A total of 1,429 posts will be filled under this recruitment process temporarily. Interested and eligible male candidates can apply for these posts online through the MRB's official website from October 27 to November 16, 2025.

Candidates who previously applied will be required to reapply as per this new notification. The selection process will be based entirely on a computer-based test (CBT). However, candidates who have already submitted the application fee for the previous notification will not be required to pay the fee again.
Application Fee
Candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee during the application process. According to the fee structure, candidates belonging to SC, SCA, ST, and DAP categories will have to pay ₹300, while candidates belonging to all other categories will have to pay ₹600. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Who can apply?
Candidates applying for the Health Inspector Grade-II position must possess the prescribed educational qualifications as of the date of notification (October 27, 2025).
Candidates must have passed the Plus Two (HSC) examination with Biology or Botany and Zoology as subjects. It is also mandatory to have passed the Tamil language as a subject at the SSLC level.
Additionally, the candidate must possess a two-year General Health Worker (Male)/Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector Course Certificate awarded by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
However, under a one-time exemption, candidates who possess a one-year General Health Worker (Male)/Sanitary Inspector Course Certificate from a recognized institution will also be eligible to apply.
