This recruitment will fill a total of 191 vacant posts under the Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar. The application process for the BTSC Pump Operator Recruitment 2025 has already started on December 12, 2025. Interested candidates can apply online until January 12, 2026. Candidates are advised to apply well in advance without waiting for the last date.
A total of 191 positions will be filled through this recruitment. These include 77 posts for the General category, 19 for EWS, 31 for SC, 2 for ST, 33 for EBC, 23 for BC, and 6 for BC (Female) category.
Candidates applying for the Pump Operator position must have passed 10th grade. Additionally, the candidate must possess a certificate in Mechanic or Fitter trade from a recognized ITI institution. Qualifications obtained through apprenticeship will not be considered valid.
The age limit for candidates will be determined according to BTSC rules, while reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government rules.
