AAI Recruitment 2026: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has announced recruitment for 389 posts of Manager and Junior Executive across various disciplines. Educational Qualifications
For Manager posts, a Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in the relevant field, along with three years of post-qualification work experience, is generally required.

Specific academic qualifications apply to Junior Executive posts in Finance, Law, Operations, and Survey & Cartography; however, no prior work experience is required for these roles.

For the post of Manager (Corporate Communications), candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields, along with three years of relevant experience.

Candidates must ensure they meet all educational and experience requirements by the cut-off date.

Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the post of Manager is 32 years as of September 7, 2026.
The maximum age limit for the post of Junior Executive is 27 years as of September 7, 2026. Age relaxation is available as per government norms, including a 5-year relaxation for SC/ST candidates and a 3-year relaxation for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

PwBD candidates may avail age relaxation of up to 10 years, subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
