Age Limit and Qualification
The minimum educational qualification for this post is a 10th pass, and graduate candidates are not eligible. How to Apply
First, open the official RBI website www.rbi.org.in. Go to the “Recruitment” section on the homepage. Click on the “Office Attendant Recruitment 2026” notification link. Then click on the “Apply Online” or “Online Registration” link. Fill in your personal information (name, date of birth, father's/mother's name, etc.). Fill in your educational qualifications, domicile, and other details. Upload a scanned copy of your passport-size photograph and signature. Upload the required certificates (10th mark sheet, domicile certificate, etc.). Pay the application fee online through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI. After submitting the fee, take a screenshot of the payment receipt. After filling in all the details, submit the form.

Salary
Selected candidates will be given an initial basic pay scale of ₹24,250/- per month. ₹24250 – 840 (4) – 27610 – 980 (3) – 30550 – 1200 (3) – 34150 -1620 (2) - 37390 – 1990
(4) - 45350 – 2700(2) - 50750 – 2800 (1) – 53550 and other allowances as applicable from time to time.
Currently, the initial monthly gross salary (without HRA) for Office Attendants will be approximately ₹46,029/- per month.
Selection
The selection process will be through an online examination and a Language Proficiency Test (LPT).

Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates provisionally selected from the online examination will have to appear for the Language Proficiency Test. A Language Proficiency Test (LPT) will be conducted. The LPT will be qualifying in nature and will be conducted in the official/local language(s) of the respective state. Candidates who do not demonstrate proficiency in the official/local language as per the LPT will be disqualified.
