Golden opportunity to become a scientist and engineer in ISRO, apply by July 14
Recruitment has been announced by the Indian Space Research Organization for the posts of Scientist and Engineer. Candidates should apply quickly for the post.
There is good news for the youth dreaming of working in the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). ISRO has released the official notification for recruitment to 39 posts of Scientist and Engineer. This is a great opportunity for all the candidates who want to serve the country in the field of space science and technology.
Appointments will be made by ISRO on Scientist / Engineer SC posts under Group-A category. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting ISRO's website isro.gov.in between 24 June to 14 July 2025.
Which posts will be recruited?
Civil Engineering – 18 posts
Electrical Engineering – 10 posts
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – 9 posts
Architecture – 1 post
Civil Engineer under Autonomous Body – 1 post
What should be the educational qualification?
Candidates applying for these posts should have done BE or B.Tech from a recognized university and must have secured at least 65% marks. Apart from this, it is mandatory to have expertise in the relevant subject and prescribed qualifications.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for general category candidates has been fixed at 28 years (as on 14 July 2025). OBC candidates will be given a relaxation of 3 years and SC/ST category will be given 5 years.
How will the selection be done?
In Part I, 80 multiple choice questions related to the subject will be asked. 1 mark will be given for every correct answer, while 1/3 marks will be deducted for the wrong answer. Part II will have 15 questions related to aptitude and ability, in which there will be no negative marking. Candidates who are successful in the written examination will be called for interview.
