Eligibility for Executive Trainee Jobs
Executive Trainee (Chemical): Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 65 percent marks in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology/Chemical Technology and Polymer Science/Chemical Technology & Plastics Technology.
Executive Trainee (Instrumentation): Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 65 percent marks in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics/Electronics with a minimum of 65 percent marks.
Executive Trainee (Electrical): Must have completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics & Power, Electrical & Electronics/Electrical & Power with a minimum of 65% marks.
Executive Trainee (Mechanical): Must have completed an Engineering degree in Mechanical/Production/Production & Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical & Automobile with a minimum of 65% marks.
The engineering degree can also be a B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering. Candidates with a 5-year B.E./B.Tech+M.E./M.A tech-integrated dual engineering degree can also be applied to. Additionally, candidates must have passed the GATE 2026 exam in the relevant paper. GATE 2025 scorecards will not be valid.
Gate Jobs 2026: Age Limit
Age Limit: Candidates must be 26 years old as of March 18, 2026. Candidates in reserved categories will also receive age relaxation as per rules.
Salary: Basic salary ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹180,000 per month.
Selection Process: Shortlisting based on GATE 2026, Group Discussion, and Interview (there will be no exam).
