This is good news for young people preparing for government jobs. The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released the notification for the CGL Recruitment 2026. A total of 1576 posts in Group B and Group C will be filled through this recruitment.

Only candidates who have graduated from a recognized university are eligible to apply for this recruitment. This recruitment is especially beneficial for young people who have completed their studies and are preparing for government jobs.

The selection process for this recruitment will be completed in several stages. First, candidates will have to appear for a written examination or online test. This will be followed by a skill test or physical test.  Successful candidates in these stages will have their documents verified, and finally, a medical examination will be conducted.

Under the OSSC CGL Recruitment 2026, appointments will be made in various government departments of the state. This includes Group B and Group C posts.  The large number of vacancies provides a great opportunity for candidates.

Regarding the age limit, the minimum age is 21 years, and the maximum age is 42 years. Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per the rules.
