**What is the Stipend for the DRDO Internship?**
This DRDO internship program spans a duration of six months. It is tentatively scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026. Throughout this entire period, interns will receive a stipend totaling ₹30,000. This stipend will be disbursed in two installments: the first payment of ₹15,000 will be released upon the successful completion of the initial three months of the internship. Upon the completion of the remaining duration of the internship, you will receive the balance stipend amount of ₹15,000. Students are required to remain actively engaged in the internship for a minimum of 15 days per month. During this period, you must make your own arrangements for accommodation, food, and travel. Students who do not complete the full six-month internship tenure will not be issued a certificate.
**DRDO Internship Selection Process**
Candidates will be selected based on merit, followed by a physical or online interaction. There will be no written examination for this selection process. If two candidates secure identical marks, preference will be given to the candidate with the earlier date of birth (i.e., the older candidate). All candidates selected for this internship will be notified via email. Selected students are required to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Principal, issued on the college's official letterhead.
