DRDO Apprentice Recruitment 2024: The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has invited applications from eligible candidates for apprentice posts. A total of 200 posts are to be recruited. The application process has started. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website drdo.gov.in.
DRDO Apprentice Vacancy: Vacancy Details
Under this recruitment drive, 200 posts will be filled in the organization. The registration process started on 24 September and will end after 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the newspaper. The vacancy details are as follows:
Graduate Apprentice: 40 posts
Technician Apprentice (Diploma): 40 posts
Trade Apprentice ITI Pass Out (NCVT/SCVT Affiliation): 120 posts
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Graduate Apprentice: BE/BTech in [ECE, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical]
Technician Apprentice (Diploma): Diploma in [ECE, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical]
Trade Apprentice ITI Pass Out (NCVT/SCVT Affiliation): Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic-Diesel, Electronics-Mechanic, Electrician, and COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant)
Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age as of 1st August 2024.
Only those regular candidates who have completed the qualifying examinations (having more than 60% percentage in Graduation, Diploma, and ITI Trade Apprentice 2022, 2023, and 2024) are eligible to apply.
Selection Process
The selection will be done based on academic merit/interview, subject to satisfactory verification of documents. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through e-mail mentioned in the application for correspondence. Candidates are required to bring original and self-attested copies of documents during document verification/joining.

Registration of BE/B.Tech/Diploma candidates on NATS 2.0 portal nats.education.gov.in. And ITI Trade Apprentices on apprenticeshipindia.org. Is mandatory. Candidates can visit the official website of DRDO for more related details.
