Who is eligible to apply?
This recruitment by the DMRC is based on deputation and post-retirement contractual engagement (PRCE). The maximum age limit for deputation is 55 years. For PRCE, candidates between 55 and 62 years of age are eligible to apply. Applicants must have experience working in government organizations, railways, PSUs, or metro corporations. For the position of Supervisor, a minimum of 5 years of experience in pay levels 6 through 9 is required. For the position of Engineer, 3 years of experience in pay level 9/10 is required, while for the position of Senior Engineer, 5 years of experience in pay level 11 is required. 

Monthly Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a salary based on their position and place of posting.
Senior Engineer: ₹96,600 per month in Delhi and ₹1,06,300 per month in Jaipur.
Engineer: ₹75,200 per month in Delhi and ₹82,700 per month in Jaipur.
Supervisor: ₹56,300 to ₹72,600 per month in Delhi and ₹61,900 to ₹79,900 per month in Jaipur.

Selection Process via Interview
There will be no written examination for this recruitment. Candidates applying for deputation will be required to appear for a personal interview. Those applying under the PRCE (Post-Retirement Contractual Engagement) category must pass both an interview and a medical fitness test. According to available information, the list of shortlisted candidates will be released in the second week of November. Subsequently, a screening process—conducted either online or offline—may take place in the third week of November.
