Direct Recruitment at MP High Court: Apply Now for 418 Vacancies
The MP High Court has issued a notification for the recruitment of 418 personnel. This drive aims to fill positions for Stenographer Grade-2, Stenographer Grade-3, Stenographer Grade-3 (Court Manager Staff), and Assistant Grade-3.
The Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur, has announced direct recruitment for 418 posts across District and Sessions Courts. The vacancies include roles for Stenographer Grade-2, Stenographer Grade-3, Stenographer Grade-3 (Court Manager Staff), and Assistant Grade-3 (English-knowing). The online application process began yesterday, October 6, and eligible candidates can apply until 5:00 PM on October 27. Both the application submission and fee payment must be completed online.
Stenographer Grade-3 accounts for the highest number of vacancies in this recruitment drive, with 299 posts for Stenographer Grade-3 and 20 posts for Stenographer Grade-3 (Court Manager Staff). Additionally, there are 30 posts for Assistant Grade-3 (English-knowing) and 69 posts for Stenographer Grade-2. In total, 418 positions are to be filled. Postings at District and Sessions Courts will be allocated through a counseling process.
Who can apply?
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Depending on the specific post, requirements also include a CPCT score card, a one-year diploma in computer applications, and a specified shorthand speed. For Stenographer Grade-2, a minimum Hindi shorthand speed of 100 words per minute is required, while for Stenographer Grade-3 and Court Manager Staff, the required Hindi shorthand speed is 80 words per minute. For the post of Assistant Grade 3 (English-knowing), the required English shorthand speed is 80 words per minute. Candidates must have passed the CPCT exam conducted by MAP-IT or an agency recognized by the Madhya Pradesh government. Additionally, a one-year diploma in computer applications is required.
Age Limit and Application Fee
The minimum age for candidates applying for this recruitment is 18 years, and the maximum age is 40 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted age relaxation in accordance with the rules. Regarding the application fee, the cost is ₹943.40 for General category candidates and those from other states. For candidates belonging to OBC, EWS, SC/ST, and PH categories, the application fee is set at ₹743.40.
Salary Details
For the post of Stenographer Grade-2, the pay matrix range is ₹28,700 to ₹91,300. For Stenographer Grade-3, the pay matrix range is ₹25,300 to ₹80,500. For Stenographer Grade-3 (Court Manager Staff) and Assistant Grade-3, the pay matrix range is ₹19,500 to ₹62,000.
