Who can apply for Delhi Police Constable 2025?
To apply for this post, candidates must be Indian citizens. The minimum qualification is to have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board by the last date for online application. Children of Delhi Police Bandsmen, Buglers, Mounted Constables, Drivers, Dispatch Riders, and children of serving, retired, or deceased police personnel (including Multi-Tasking Staff) are also eligible for age relaxation up to 11th pass. Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of July 1, 2025.
Age relaxation applicable for whom?
SC/ST candidates are eligible for up to 5 years of age relaxation.
OBC candidates are eligible for up to 3 years of age relaxation.
Sportspersons with outstanding sports talent are eligible for up to 5 years of age relaxation.
For Departmental Candidates:
UR: Up to 40 years of age
OBC: Up to 43 years of age
SC/ST: Up to 45 years of age
Children of serving, retired, or deceased police personnel are eligible for up to 29 years of age relaxation.
