The Staff Selection Commission has opened the registration process for 7,565 Constable (Exe.) positions in the Delhi Police, both male and female, and for ex-servicemen categories. Candidates with a 10+2 (Senior Secondary) degree can apply. However, for some positions, 11th-grade pass candidates are also eligible to apply. Male candidates must have a valid LMV (motorcycle or car) driving license.
Great opportunity for those aged 18 to 25
If you are between 18 and 25 years old as of July 1, 2025, you can apply for this recruitment. However, age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government regulations. A fee of ₹100 is required to apply. The application deadline is October 21, 2025 (till 11 pm). The examination for this recruitment is scheduled to be held in December 2025 or January 2026.
Delhi Police Constable Selection: Selection Process
The selection process for the Delhi Police Constable recruitment will consist of a Computer-Based Written Examination (CBT). Candidates will then undergo a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), as well as a medical test. Final selection will be based solely on the written exam scores, while the PET and PMT will be qualifying in nature.
Delhi Police Constable Salary: Salary up to ₹69,100
Upon selection, the salary will range from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month under Group C in Pay Level 3.
