What are the Application Criteria?
Resource Person: For this role, a 12th-grade pass with relevant experience, or a graduate degree combined with a diploma, is required. Preference will be given to candidates possessing proficiency in language and strong writing skills. Selected candidates will receive ₹3,000 per assignment.
Video Assistant: The role of a Video Assistant involves operating cameras and performing videography. A degree or diploma in a related field is mandatory for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position offers a remuneration of ₹5,000 per assignment.
Post-Production Assistant: This position entails performing video editing tasks. Candidates must hold a professional degree or diploma in video editing. Upon selection, candidates will receive ₹3,500 per assignment.
Website Editor/Social Media: This role carries the responsibility of managing website design and social media platforms. Candidates must possess a degree related to Digital Marketing or Social Media and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. This role offers a remuneration of ₹3,000 per assignment.
Camera Assistant: A Camera Assistant assists in program production. A 12th-grade pass is the minimum educational requirement for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
CG Operator: Candidates must be graduates, and their typing speed must meet the prescribed standards. Possession of a certificate in Graphic Design will be considered an advantage.
Library Assistant/Archive Assistant: This position involves performing tasks related to library management and record-keeping. A graduate degree and proficiency in MS Excel are mandatory requirements. Preference will be given to candidates holding a diploma in Library Science. For this work, a remuneration ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹2,500 will be provided per assignment.
Key Points to Note:
This recruitment is intended for the creation of a panel; it does not constitute an offer of permanent employment. Selected candidates will be assigned work based on requirements; however, there is no guarantee of receiving assignments.
A maximum of 7 assignments may be allocated within a single month. It is mandatory to submit all necessary documents (self-attested) along with the application; failure to do so will result in the rejection of the form.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test/interview. The selection process may involve a written examination, an interview, or a skill test. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for attending the interview.
If applying for more than one position, separate application forms must be submitted for each. Any attempt to use undue influence or resort to unfair means will result in immediate disqualification. This panel shall remain valid for a period of two years.
