CSBS Recruitment: The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar, has invited applications for a total of 4,128 positions for warders, prohibition constables, and mobile squad constables. Candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria can apply online for these positions.
Total Positions: 4,128
Karder Guards: 2,417
Prohibition Constables: 1,603
Mobile Squad Constables: 108
Required Qualifications
For the position of warder, applicants who have passed the Intermediate or equivalent examination from a board recognized by any state government or central government are eligible to apply.
For the posts of Prohibition Constable and Mobile Squad Constable, candidates who have passed Intermediate and hold a Maulvi certificate issued by the Madrasa Board of the Bihar State Government, or a Shastri (with English) or Acharya (without English) certificate issued by the Sanskrit Board of the Bihar State, or an equivalent educational qualification recognized by the State Government, can apply.
Age Limit
The age limit for the posts of Prohibition Constable and Mobile Squad Constable is 18 to 25 years, and for Warder, it is 18 to 23 years. Age relaxation will be provided only to reserved category candidates who are permanent residents of Bihar. Candidates from other states must apply under the General Category.
Selection Process
Candidates for the above posts will be selected based on a written examination, physical efficiency test, and document verification.
