Coal India Recruitment 2024: Notification has been issued for the recruitment of 640 posts of Management Trainee in Coal India Limited, known as Maharatna company of the Central Government. The application process to fill these posts will start on October 29. Eligible and interested candidates will be able to apply for these posts through online mode till November 28. Applications will be submitted only through online mode. No option has been kept to apply offline.

GATE score will be necessary

The first and most important condition for accepting the applications of applicants willing to apply for the recruitment of 640 posts of Management Trainee is that they should have GATE i.e. Graduate Aptitude Test score. After having GATE score, the candidate will be able to apply by visiting the official website of Coal India www.coalindia.in. Online application will start from 29 October and applications will be accepted till 28 November.

The recruitment process for a total of 640 posts of Management Trainee will start from 29 October. Apart from the maximum 263 posts of Mining, it includes 104 posts of Mechanical, 102 of Electrical, 91 of Civil, 41 of System and 39 posts of E&T.

Also keep in mind the age limit

Youth applying for recruitment should also keep in mind the age limit. For General and EWS category candidates, the maximum age limit should not exceed 30 years as on the dateline of 30 September 2024. OBC candidates will get 3 years relaxation in age limit and 5 years relaxation in age limit for SC and ST category applicants.

This education qualification will be necessary

It will be necessary for the youth applying to check the required eligibility before applying. If they do not fulfill the educational, age and other eligibility then their application will not be accepted. According to the notification, the applicant must have a BE / BTech or Bachelor of Engineering degree in the relevant field with minimum 60 percent marks.

For SC, ST and Divyang Persons candidates, the minimum qualification has been kept at 55 percent. GATE score will be necessary. Also, if the marks are tied in any situation, then Coal India Limited will use its tie breaking formula to finalize the merit list.

This much fee will be charged on application

While applying for the management trainee recruitment of Coal India Limited, candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay Rs 1180 including GST as application fee. At the same time, SC, ST and employees of Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries are exempted from paying the application fee.
