CG Civil Judge Recruitment 2024: Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has started the application process for the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Recruitment Examination. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website (psc.cg.gov.in) till January 24.

The application process for the Civil Judge Recruitment Examination will be amended from 25 to 27 January. A total of 57 posts will be recruited under this recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification- To apply for the Chhattisgarh Civil Judge (Junior Division) Exam 2024, candidates must have a law graduation degree from a recognized university.

Age Limit- To apply for these posts, the age of the candidates should be between 21 to 35 years as of January 1, 2025. However, there will be a relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved category candidates, such as candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) will get 5 years relaxation in the age limit and 10 years relaxation in the upper age limit for women (SC, ST, OBC, and Unreserved).

Application Fee

Candidates from Chhattisgarh are exempted from payment of fee, while candidates from outside the state will have to pay an application fee of Rs 400.

CGPSC Civil Judge: Selection Process

Candidates for these posts will be selected in three stages, which include Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview. First of all, the candidates have to clear the prelims exam and then appear in the main exam. Candidates who will clear the main exam will appear in the interview. After this the merit list will be prepared and the final result will be announced.
