**Eligibility Criteria**

Candidates must be citizens of India. Proficiency in computers is mandatory for all candidates. The company reserves the right to determine the specific post or grade based on the candidate's qualifications and prior work experience.

Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years of age to apply. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. Candidates with experience in capital markets or financial services may be granted an age relaxation of up to a maximum of 10 years, depending on the duration of their experience; however, valid proof of such experience must be provided.

**Selection Process**

There will be no written examination for this recruitment.
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Details regarding the date, time, and venue of the interview will be communicated via email.
Candidates must bear the expenses incurred for attending the interview. Final selection will be based on the marks obtained in the interview.

Probation Period and Posting
Candidates selected for the posts of AVP, Assistant Manager, and Officer will be required to complete a probation period of one year (12 months of active service) from the date of joining. Selected candidates will be posted in Mumbai or Bengaluru.
