C-DOT Recruitment 2026: The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) issued two notifications on April 4, 2026, for the positions of Scientist-B and Scientist-C. Candidates holding a B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, M.Sc., or Ph.D. degree in ECE, CS, EE, IT, VLSI, Cryptography, or Cyber ​​Security are eligible to apply online for these positions starting from April 4, 2026, at cdot.in.

**Who Can Apply?**
For positions in the PQC and Hardware domains, candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree (in ECE, CS, EE, EI, IT, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or a related field) or an M.E./M.Tech degree (in ECE, CS, EE, EI, IT, VLSI, Communication Engineering, Software Systems, Embedded Systems, Optical Communication, or a related field). Additionally, a Ph.D. degree is also considered valid. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their academic studies.

For positions related to Information Security, candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree (in Computer Science, IT, Cyber ​​Security, Electronics, or ECE) or a postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Computer Science, IT, Cyber ​​Security, or Cyber ​​Forensics. This qualification is essential for candidates intending to work in the fields of Cyber ​​Security and Data Security.

For positions in Research & Development (R&D) Project Management, candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree (in ECE, CS, IT, EE, EI, VLSI, or a related field), an M.Sc. degree (in Physics, Electronics, IT, Mathematics, or a related field), or an MCA degree. Additionally, the candidate must possess a postgraduate qualification such as an MBA/PGDM (in Project Management, IT, Finance, or a related field).

Selection Process
The selection process for the Scientist-B and Scientist-C positions at C-DOT consists of a two-tier interview process. The first tier will be conducted as an online interview, while the second tier will be an offline or face-to-face interview.

Experience Details
For most positions, a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, whether in the industry or in research/teaching.
Candidates holding a Ph.D. are exempt from the experience requirement.
For the role of Information Security Incident Investigator, 2 to 7 years of experience is required.
Experience gained through part-time work or internships will not be considered.
