State Health Society (SHS), Bihar has invited applications for the post of AYUSH doctors. Eligible candidates can apply online for the posts of 2,619 doctors through the official website of SHS, Bihar, shs.bihar.gov.in. The registration process will start on December 1 and the last date is December 21, 2024.

Eligibility:

AYUSH Doctor (Ayurvedic): Candidates applying for this post must have a BAMS Degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized University included in the Schedule of Indian Medical Central Council (IMCC), New Delhi.

AYUSH Doctor (Homeopathic): Candidates must have a BHMS Degree (Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized University included in the Schedule of Central Homeopathic Council, New Delhi.

Ayush Doctor (Unani): Candidates applying for the post should possess a BUMS degree (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university included in the schedule of IMCC, New Delhi.

Age Limit: EWS (Male) – 37 years OBC – 40 years EWS (Female) – 40 years SC/ST – 42 years Age limit for other categories can be checked in the official notification.

Selection Process: The selection process will consist of a Computer Based Test (CBT) which will be of 100 marks. Candidates who qualify for the CBT will have to appear for the document verification process. Application Fee:

₹ 500/- for UR/EWS/BC/EBC (Male) candidates
₹ 250/- for UR/EWS/BC/EBC (Female) candidates
₹ 250/- for Bihar native SC/ST candidates, PwBD category candidates (both male and female)
