KVS and NVS Recruitment 2025: There's good news for candidates awaiting recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a joint notification for the recruitment of thousands of teaching and non-teaching positions in Kendriya Vidyalayas and Navodaya Vidyalayas. The board has currently released a short notification for the recruitment. According to this, the application process for these positions will begin tomorrow, November 14, 2025. The deadline for applying for these positions is December 14, 2025. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official websites: www.cbse.gov.in, kvsangathan.nic.in, or navodaya.gov.in.

Over 10,000 positions will be recruited.
According to media reports, approximately 10,000 teaching and non-teaching positions will be recruited. Of these, over 7,500 positions will be filled for teaching staff and approximately 1,700 for non-teaching staff.

Maximum Age Limit
Furthermore, the maximum age limit for candidates applying for teaching positions is 30 years, while the maximum age limit for TGT positions is 35 years and for PGT positions is 40 years.

This year, the examination will be conducted in three stages.
The most important thing related to this recruitment is that this time, teachers in Kendriya Vidyalayas will be recruited through a three-stage examination. However, confirmation of this will only be available after the release of the detailed notification. Previously, teachers were selected through a written examination and an interview. However, now candidates will be selected based on a preliminary, main, and interview round.

Eligibility for Primary Teacher
- 12th pass with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- 12th pass with at least 50% marks and a four-year B.El.Ed course OR
- 12th pass with at least 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Special Education OR
- All candidates must have passed CTET Paper 1 and must be able to read in English and Hindi.
Eligibility for TGT
Candidates applying for TGT positions must have completed graduation and B.Ed. and passed the CTET.
