Under this recruitment drive, eligible candidates will be recruited for a total of 702 positions. Of these, 281 positions are reserved for the general category, 70 for the economically weaker section, 112 for the Scheduled Castes, 7 for the Scheduled Tribes, 127 for the extremely backward classes, 84 for the backward classes, and 21 for women from backward classes.

What are the eligibility criteria?
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination (with biology as a subject) from a recognized university/board.

Candidates must have a 2-year Diploma in Dental Hygiene from an institution recognized by the Union, Bihar, or other state governments.
Candidates must be registered dental hygienists with the Bihar State Dental Council.

Age Limit
The minimum age limit for applying is 18 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to the reserved categories as per rules. Candidates' age will be calculated as of August 1, 2025.
