12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects and at least 60% marks in aggregate

10th pass + 2-year ITI certificate in a relevant trade (Radio & Television, Electronics Engineering, COPA, Data Entry, etc.).
For Radio Mechanic/RM
12th pass with PCM as subjects, 60% marks; OR
10th grade + ITI trade with a recognized trade certificate such as Electrician, Fitter, Electronics System Maintenance, Computer Hardware, Mechatronics, etc.
