BSF Constable GD Sports Quota Recruitment 2025: The Border Security Force (BSF), which plays a crucial role in securing the country's international borders, has announced a significant opportunity for sports talents. An official notification has been released for a total of 549 vacancies under the BSF Constable (General Duty) Sports Quota Recruitment 2025. The online application process for this recruitment drive will begin on December 27, 2025. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their applications through the BSF's official recruitment website until January 15, 2026. The age will be calculated as of August 18, 2025.  Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per government rules. SC and ST candidates will receive a 5-year age relaxation, and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates will receive a 3-year age relaxation. Salary and Other Benefits
Selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month under Pay Level-3. In addition, they will receive all admissible allowances given to Central Government employees, such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, and benefits under the New Pension Scheme.

Selection Process
The selection process for BSF Constable (GD) Sports Quota recruitment will be completed in several stages. First, there will be online application and scrutiny of sports certificates. This will be followed by document verification, where original educational and sports certificates will be checked. After this, a Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted, which will include measurements of height, weight, and chest.

In the final stage, a merit list will be prepared based on sports achievements, and a medical fitness test will be mandatory before selection. The final selection will be based entirely on sports performance, merit, and medical examination.

Application Fee
Male candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 159. There is no application fee for female candidates and candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories.
