BPSSC Company Commander Recruitment: The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of Company Commanders in the Bihar Home Guard. According to the notification, recruitment is being conducted for 65 Company Commander posts. The application process begins on June 30 and will continue for a full month, until July 30. Candidates interested in applying for these positions can do so by visiting the official website. As per the notification, candidates who have graduated from a recognized university are eligible to apply. The age limit ranges from a minimum of 20 years to a maximum of 42 years.

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of multiple stages, starting with a preliminary written examination. Candidates who qualify in the preliminary exam will be called for the main written examination. The final stage is the physical efficiency test. The preliminary exam will carry 200 marks and consist of 100 questions. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. Questions related to General Knowledge will be asked in this paper. Candidates scoring less than 30 percent marks will not be eligible to appear for the main examination.

Candidates who succeed in the preliminary exam will get the opportunity to appear for the main examination. The main examination will comprise two papers. The first paper will be worth 200 marks and will cover General Hindi; it will be a 2-hour paper consisting of 100 questions. Securing a minimum of 30 percent marks is mandatory. The second paper will include questions related to General Studies, General Science, Civics, Indian History, Indian Geography, Mathematics, and Mental Ability. This paper will also carry a total of 200 marks.
