Candidates can apply from today under the advertisement issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) for the posts of Special School Teacher. Essential Qualifications
To apply for the post of Class (1st to 5th) Teacher in BPSC, candidates must have obtained class XII, D.El.Ed, Certificate, and Diploma from a recognized institute in India. Apart from this, to apply for the post of teacher (sixth to eighth), candidates should have a graduation degree and B.Ed from a recognized institute.
Salary
The primary teacher selected for this post will be given a salary of Rs 25,000 per month, and the secondary teacher will be given a salary of Rs 28,000 per month.
Age limit
The minimum age of the candidates to apply for the post of special school teacher is 18 years, and the maximum age for general male candidates is 37 years, OBC and general female candidates are 40 years, and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates are 42 years.
Application fee
To apply for the post of special school teacher, candidates will also have to pay the application fee. The application fee for general category candidates is Rs 750, for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, reserved and unreserved category women and disabled candidates, the application fee is Rs 200.

The candidates selected for this post will be evaluated on the basis of a written examination. In this exam, candidates will be asked 150 multiple-choice type questions of 150 marks within 2.30 hours. There is no provision for negative marking for wrong answers in this exam.
