BPSC AEDO Registration: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has started the recruitment process for 935 vacant posts of Assistant Education Development Officer (AEDO) of the Education Department. Through this recruitment, 935 posts will be appointed. Category-wise reservation is as follows:
Unreserved (General): 374 posts
Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 93 posts
Scheduled Caste (SC): 150 posts
Scheduled Tribe (ST): 10 posts
Extremely Backward Class (EBC): 168 posts
Backward Class (BC): 112 posts
Backward Class Women (BC Women): 28 posts
Graduates should apply
To apply for Assistant Education Development Officer posts, it is mandatory for the candidate to have a graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university or institute. Along with this, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years.
The maximum age limit has been fixed as per the post. The maximum age for unreserved male candidates is 37 years, 40 years for OBC male and female candidates, and 42 years for SC/ST male and female candidates. Age will be calculated as of August 1, 2025.
Only Rs 100 application fee
While filling out the online application for this recruitment, all the candidates have to deposit Rs 100 as an application fee. Apart from this, charges through the bank or other means will have to be paid separately. Candidates who do not have an Aadhaar number will have to pay an additional Rs 200 as a biometric fee.

After registration, fill in all the required details and complete the form.
Pay the prescribed application fee.
