Candidates have only until September 26th to apply for a total of 935 Assistant Education Development Officer positions offered by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). Candidates who have not yet applied for the Assistant Education Development Officer (BPSC AEDO 2025) are advised to complete the application process as soon as possible. Postal Details
374 positions are reserved for unreserved candidates, 93 for Economically Weaker Sections, 150 for Scheduled Castes, 10 for Scheduled Tribes, 168 for Extremely Backward Classes, 112 for Backward Classes, and 28 for women from Backward Classes.

Salary:
Candidates selected for the BPSC AEDO position will receive a monthly salary of ₹29,200.

Educational Qualifications:
To apply for the AEDO position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in India and other equivalent qualifications.

Age Limit:
The minimum age for applying is 21 years as of August 1, 2025. Furthermore, the maximum age for general category male candidates is 37 years, for OBC and general category female candidates is 40 years, and for SC and ST candidates is 42 years.

Selection Method:
Candidates will be selected through a written examination. In the written examination, candidates will be asked questions from General Language, General Studies, and General Aptitude, carrying 100 marks each. The exam will be two hours long, with negative marking of one-third of a mark for each wrong answer.
