BPCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2026: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of non-executive personnel. This recruitment is for entry-level positions at the Mumbai Refinery and Kochi Refinery. According to the notification, a total of 154 vacancies will be filled.

**What qualifications are required for each State Code?**
For State Codes A and B, candidates must possess a diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology. Additionally, at least one year of work experience or apprenticeship training in the relevant field is required.

For State Code C, a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and one year of relevant experience or apprenticeship are mandatory. For State Code D, candidates must hold a diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, or Electrical Engineering (Industrial Control). Along with this, at least one year of relevant work experience or apprenticeship training is compulsory.

**Age Limit:** For the BPCL non-executive recruitment 2026, the minimum age is set at 18 years and the maximum at 25 years. This age limit will be calculated as of July 1, 2026. Candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer)—i.e., OBC (NCL)—category will receive a relaxation of 3 years in the maximum age limit.

**What is the selection process?**
**Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT):** Candidates will first have to appear for a computer-based test. The exam will consist of a total of 100 multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying 1 mark. The duration of the examination will be 120 minutes, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The question paper will comprise 60 marks allocated to the subject-specific area and 40 marks covering English, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and Current Affairs.

Stage 2: Skill Test and Medical Test – Candidates who secure the prescribed cut-off marks in the CBT will be called for a Skill/Proficiency Test (SPT). This test will be qualifying in nature. Subsequently, selected candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical examination. Final appointment will be granted only to those candidates who meet BPCL's medical fitness standards.

What is the salary?
Candidates selected by BPCL will be appointed in the NG-2 grade. For this position, the starting basic salary will be ₹26,500 per month within the pay scale of ₹26,500 to ₹34,000. Additionally, employees will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) as well as other allowances and benefits in accordance with company rules.
