What are the Eligibility Criteria for BPCL Recruitment?
Junior Executive (Engineering): Must hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Civil/Chemical Engineering. Additionally, candidates must possess 5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
Junior Executive (Accounts): Must hold a Graduation degree along with an Intermediate CA (Inter-CA) or Intermediate CMA (Inter-CMA) qualification, and possess 5 years of work experience.
Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): Must have completed a degree in B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/BMS/BHM and possess 5 years of work experience. Secretary (BPCL): Must possess a 3-year Bachelor's degree, in addition to having completed 10th and 12th grades. Must also have 5 years of work experience.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): Must hold an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry (Organic/Physical/Inorganic/Analytical/Polymer, etc.) from a recognized university, along with 3 years of relevant experience.
Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation): Must possess a Master's degree in Hindi, along with 3 years of experience.
BPCL Recruitment: Age Limit and Selection Process
Age Limit: For the posts of Junior Executive, Junior Executive (Waysides Amenities), and Associate Executive, candidates' age must not exceed 32 years as of April 1, 2026. Meanwhile, for the posts of Associate Executive (Quality Assurance), Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation), and Junior Executive (Accounts), the maximum age limit will be 35 years.
Selection Process: Selection will be conducted through a process involving application screening, assessment of experience and educational qualifications, a Written/Computer-Based Test, Case-Based Discussions, Group Tasks, Personal Interviews, etc.
Salary: Candidates appointed to the posts of Junior Executive and Secretary will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000, while Associate Executives will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000.
