Selection Process?
Application Scrutiny and Online Exam: Initially, application forms will be scrutinized. Subsequently, an online examination may be conducted if required, featuring questions on Reasoning, English, Mathematics, and Professional Knowledge. A negative marking of 0.25 marks will apply for incorrect answers. Psychometric Test and Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a psychometric test, group discussion (if applicable), and a personal interview. These will assess personality, communication skills, and work aptitude.
Final Selection: The final selection of candidates will be based on the marks obtained in the online examination and/or interview. Selection will be made in accordance with the vacancies available in the respective category.
