BOB HR Selection Process: Selection Process
Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and/or any other selection method. The qualifying marks in the interview/selection process will be decided by the Bank.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs.600 + applicable taxes + payment gateway charges for General, EWS, and OBC candidates and Rs.100 + applicable taxes + payment gateway charges for SC, ST, PWD, and Female candidates. Payment can be made using a Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI etc. by providing the information asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
Candidates are required to pay non-refundable application fee/intimation charges irrespective of whether the online examination is conducted or not, and even if the candidate is selected for interview.
