BMC Recruitment 2025: The deadline for applications for 597 positions of Safai Sevak and Sewerman in Bathinda Municipal Corporation has been set as November 4, 2025. Candidates who have not yet applied can apply online through the official website of Bathinda Municipal Corporation before the deadline.

A total of 597 positions will be filled through this recruitment drive, including 538 positions of Safai Sevak and 59 positions of Sewerman.

Who is eligible to apply?
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and a maximum of 37 years of age for this recruitment drive.
SC (Scheduled Caste) and BC (Backward Class) candidates from Punjab will receive a 5-year age relaxation, allowing them to apply up to 42 years of age.

State and central government employees will be eligible to apply with additional age relaxation up to 45 years of age.

Application Fee
The fee for General Category candidates is ₹500. SC/BC/OBC/PWD candidates will have to pay ₹100, while for ex-servicemen, the fee will be ₹200. The application fee can only be paid online.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on their educational qualifications (literate or middle pass) and relevant experience.
The entire selection process will be based on a total of 100 marks, which will include marks for both education and experience.
