According to the advertisement issued, out of these 5006 nurses, 4197 nurses will be appointed at health sub-centers, while 510 will be appointed in the National Child Health Program, and 299 will be appointed in urban primary health centers. They will be reinstated to provide facilities to primary health centers under the National Health Mission and National Child Health Program, additional primary health centers, urban primary health centers under National Urban Health Programs, and all health sub-centers of the state.

What should be the qualification?

To apply for these 5006 posts, it is mandatory to have a two-year diploma in the ANM training course. Along with this, the candidates should be registered with the Bihar Nurse Registration Council. For this, the minimum age should be 21 years and the maximum 42 years. To apply, candidates from the general category and outside the state will have to pay a fee of Rs 500. Candidates of other categories will have to pay Rs 125.

For selection, first of all, a written examination of 80 marks will be conducted, which will be CBT-based. Apart from this, 5 marks will be added every year according to the contribution made during the Corona period. There will be no negative marking in the written exam. The exam will be for two hours.
