Bihar CSBC Vacancy 2025: Government recruitment is booming in Bihar these days. A job notification has been issued in the state. The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar, has invited applications for 4,128 vacancies for Prohibition Officer, Jail Warder, and Mobile Squad Constable. The application process for this recruitment began on October 6th. Interested and eligible candidates can fill out the form by visiting the official website, csbc.bihar.gov. The deadline for filling the application form is November 5th, 2025.

According to the notification, there are 1,603 vacancies for Prohibition Constable, 2,417 for Jail Warder, and 108 for Mobile Squad Constable.

Educational Qualifications
An intermediate pass is required for the Prohibition Constable and Mobile Squad Constable positions. Or a Maulvi certificate issued by the Madrasa Board of the State Government of Bihar, or a Shastri (with English) or Acharya (without English) certificate issued by the Sanskrit Board of the State Government of Bihar, or any other equivalent educational qualification recognized by the State Government.

Candidates must also have passed the Intermediate for the post of Jail Warder.

Age Limit
The minimum age limit for candidates is 18 to 25 years. The maximum age limit for the post of Warder is 23 years. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per the rules.
