The State Health Society (SHS) of the Government of Bihar has released recruitment (NHM Bihar CHO Recruitment 2025) for 4500 vacant posts of Community Health Officer (CHO) under the National Health Mission (NHM). According to the notification, the application process for this recruitment will start on May 5 and will continue till the last date of 26 May 2025. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility for CHO posts and are looking for a government job will be able to fill out the online form between the prescribed dates as soon as the application starts.
Eligibility and Criteria
To apply for Community Health Officer posts, candidates should have done BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing along with CCH or GNM course or the candidate should have obtained a certificate in Certificate Course in Community Health along with BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing.
Along with this, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and the maximum age should not be more than 42 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to the reserved category. Age will be calculated keeping in mind 1 April 2025.
