Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has issued an official notification for the recruitment of Office Attendants for vacancies in various departments and offices. Candidates who are dreaming of doing a government job in various departments or offices in Bihar can immediately apply online by visiting the official website of BPSC. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the posts of Office Attendant, the candidates must have passed class 10th and equivalent class from a recognized board of India.

The minimum age of the candidates has been fixed at 18 years as on 01 August 2025. Also, the maximum age of general category candidates has been fixed at 37 years, the maximum age of OBC and general category female candidates at 40 years, and the maximum age of SC and ST candidates at 42 years.

How will the selection be done?

Candidates will be selected through a written examination. In the written examination, candidates will be asked 100 multiple-choice type questions of 400 marks from Mathematics, General Knowledge, and General Hindi subjects. The duration of the examination has been fixed at two hours. There will be negative marking of 4 marks for each correct answer and one mark for each wrong answer in the examination.

Exam fee

Application fee for general and OBC candidates is Rs 540, application fee for SC and ST, Divyang, and General category women of Bihar state has been fixed at Rs 135.
