BEL Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Ghaziabad, has invited applications for the recruitment of graduate and diploma-level apprentices for the 2025-26 session. A total of 174 vacancies are available this time, including 84 for graduate apprentices and 90 for diploma apprentices. The last date to apply for graduate apprentices is December 25th and for diploma apprentices is December 30th.

Educational Qualification:
For the Graduate Apprentice position, candidates must possess a BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Computer Science, Electronics, Civil) from an institution recognized by AICTE/Government of India. For the Diploma Apprentice position, candidates must have a diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from a similarly recognized institution. In both cases, the degree/diploma must have been obtained on or after December 31, 2022.
Age Relaxation:
The maximum age limit for Diploma Apprentice positions is 21 years. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and an additional 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.
Selection Process:
Selection for Graduate Apprentice positions will be based on the candidate's performance in a walk-in interview to be held at BEL Ghaziabad on January 16th and 17th, 2026. Technical and behavioral skills will be assessed during the interview. Selection for Diploma Apprentice positions will be based on the candidate's merit in a written examination to be held at BEL Ghaziabad in the fourth week of January 2026. The written examination will assess knowledge of relevant subjects.
